*COVID-19 DELAYS* Our normal fulfillment time is 2-5 business days, but please be prepared for delays up to 15 business days on certain products.
We offer Standard Ground Shipping on all orders. We do not offer any expedited options.
All shirt orders in the U.S. include free shipping. If you purchase additional item(s) you will only pay shipping for those item(s).
Returns Policy
We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color.
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper, so once your order is being fulfilled we can no longer make any changes. Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. If you do, please contact sales@simracingmerch.com as soon as possible.
